The Senior Health Insurance Counseling for Kansas (SHICK) Assistance Program offers no cost personalized counseling and assistance. This year Part D counseling is being offered at the Cheney Public Library on selected Fridays during open enrollment (Oct. 15 – Dec. 7). All appointments are made through the Sedgwick County SHICK office at 316-660-0126. Appointments are available on a first come first served basis.
